When am I charged?
Pay-As-You-Go venues are charged $19 when a booking is confirmed. Monthly plans are billed on the 1st of each month. You can cancel anytime.
What counts as a booking?
A confirmed gig through Apollo — either from an open date response or a direct offer that the artist accepts. Cancelled bookings are not charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Do artists pay anything?
No. Apollo is always free for artists. We believe in keeping the platform accessible so venues get the best talent pool possible.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What if I go over my included gigs?
Standard plan includes 20 gigs/month. Additional gigs are $12 each. Unlimited plan has no overage charges.
